Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 2 Days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags,
and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Initiate a Return?

2. Ship the product to our return address (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs).
3. We will notify you once your return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products or downloads (e-books, PDFs, etc.).
Personalized or custom-made items.
Opened or used items (e.g., incense sticks, oils, or consumables)

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account or contact your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [info.thehindutales@gmail.com] within 2 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.

Cancellation Policy

We believe our users trus ‘The Hindu Tales’ and ‘Place an Order’ consciously. However, if still one wishes to cancel your order, they can do it within the time frame. 

• We do not accept cancellation if requested 2 hours after placing an order.
• We accept cancellation request made within 2 hours after placing an order. 

As soon as we receive an order, we start processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Therefore, we can offer limited freedom for cancellation.
