1. What payment methods do you accept?
Ans. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, PayPal, Razorpay, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in India.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Ans. Currently, we are unable to ship internationally. But we are trying hard to bring international shipping in play also.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Ans. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, cancellation may not be possible if the order is already shipped.
4. How do I track my order?
Ans. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
5. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Ans. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
